SLOW AND LAGGING

We have a premium account and it's gotten bad, like really bad. On top of that, we're getting error messages when creating a simple image. This needs to be fixed based on the all the complaints I've read about.

The error you are seeing is being worked on, with the highest ugency.

 

We are also continually working on improving performance. For now, if you are using Safari, it may be worth considering the Technology Preview version (see https://helpx.adobe.com/express/kb/known-issues-in-adobe-express.html#web) or a different browser.
