So slow and constantly crashing

The programme is lagging to the point it is unbearable to use, disappointed as I've just bought the software and it looks great (if it worked). Using a 2022 MacBook Pro , all other software including Illustrator and Photoshop work with no problems and I have no connectivity issues.

Could you check if switching to a different browser (from Safari to Chrome, for example) speeds things up for you?
