something's missing...your

Hello, Respected Team!

I am a content creator and use Adobe Express free version to create my content like background removal, audio to character animation, text to image, etc. They are all amazing but nowadays I am facing a savior issue related to Adobe Express audio to character animation. it does not work as I expected. There is an unknown error occurs on the web page when I click to start for free.  it says: something's missing... your system is not supported. even my PC meets all the criteria related to use but it does not work. why it happened to me, I don't know. I also attached the screenshot of this bug. could you please remove this bug? please help me!
