Still unable to create a brand

As described last week, creating a brand and adding assets is 100% broken for me. Any time I try I receive the error message: "A problem occurred. Your library has been refreshed". When I leave and come back, the brand I've created is gone. I've tried on multiple different browsers, cleared caches, etc... This seems like a pretty essential feature of the product and I'm very confused as to why this issue is still happening.

Hi, I have Adobe for Teams through work. And I've used 5.8mb of cloud storage.

Hello: 

Can you share some details about what type of account you have, IE do you receive your account through your work or school organization, and are you a Premium subscriber to Express? Additionally, if you go to https://assets.adobe.com and hover over the bottom left text, what does the popover say about storage used? See below screenshot for example

Also, no idea why it creates a new profile for me every time I post a bug. I'm signed in to my Adobe account.
