Stock Content Warning preventing Download of flyer

I have a document that has been downloading to pdf and png without any issue, but has no been blocked due to a stock content warnign message. There is no stock content in the flyer as it has been made using our own images. The warnign also indicates it will highlight the content that has the issue, but it isn't actually highlighted on the document. 

I have trying clearing the cookies and browsing history and tried logging out and then back into Adobe. Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue?
