terrible performance

Very slow, buggy performance, missing or broken video files, glitches, frozen workspace, 45 minute downloads for a small hd video. A terrible day on Adobe Express. I followed instructions on restarting, clearing caches, signing out and in again. I have an average of 50mps speed. Not acceptable. I was making three 20-40 second hd videos that took ages to create. Whilst I was waiting for one of the downloads, I managed to whip up one of the same videos on Canva in two minutes and had it ready to download. What is happening?

We're sorry to hear about this. Before we assist you further, could you please let us know if you've created these videos in the older version or the newer version of Adobe Express? Did you recently add any plugins to the browser you're using? Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference?
