TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND

I dont like this new update. it was better before IMO. I need a completely transparent background. The background becomes transparent, but there is still a solid white color behind the text Im trying to create. This is really frustrating because it came out perfect before the update with everything transparent. Now I cant update this image to my website because there is a solid white color behind the text. Doesnt look good and not what I need. I was able to do it before. Please advise.

Hi @default31734624zgyfwe - For a transparent background, select Background color then select No fill.

From there you can download your image as a Transparent PNG.

Please let me know if that doesn't work, and mark this message as correct if it does.

Hi Phil,
That does not work. Yes it creates the transparent image, but there is
still a solid white color behind the actual letters/image I'm creating.
When I place the "transparent" image on my website, it is not truly
transparent like I was previously able to do. I could provide screenshots
if it helps you understand what I'm saying. Please advise thank you.
