Twitter video size for portrait videos

I keep getting this message when uploading 1080x1920 (portrait) video for posting on twitter/X. To post this I have to go to twitter and post directly. It doesn't have an issue with the video size. Additionally, I looked into the api help for twitter and it says "In the table below each row represents an upload recommendation, but is not a requirement.
