Unable to connect scheduler to Facebook business page and Instagram

Getting a little fed up with Adobe now. Suddenly my scheduler does not want to post to anything except LinkedIn. When I went to refresh tokens I got nothing but "Connection Failed". If I set it up to a random group that I am a member of, it will connect to FB. However, I don't want to post to a group I am a member of. I want to post to my business page. Which WAS working fine until yesterday. 

Instagram won't connect at all even though I have a business account.

I have followed every single "do this do that" guide to no avail. Can someone at Adobe please advise on how to get it to work, I am now starting to lose business and time because of it. With a high monthly subscription, I would expect a product to be fit for purpose.

Ok, so things have now changed. I can now connect to FB and IG. Well, it says connected successfully. But outstanding scheduled posts keep failing. However, by creating a new post and selecting post now we get success.

I scheduled a post (a new one) and succeeded.

 

What isn't a success is the fact I now have to go through every single outstanding post, delete them, and redo them.

 

Not much fun! Between March and October, I work away as an Outdoor Instructor, I go to places where internet access or being able to use a laptop is not going to happen. I have scheduled almost a year's worth of posts. NOT HAPPY! I have now got to sit here and start again and redo about a weeks worth of work, which is time I can't afford.

 

What is Adobe going to do to compensate me for the loss of earnings?

I'm having the exact same issues.  Went through all of the tutorial/fix-it steps offered and it is still not working.  When will this be fixed?

Hi David,

Yes, am still unable to connect. I spoke to Adobe on the phone today, who advised it was a meta issue to do with the Graph API. I was given this link https://metastatus.com/graph-api and told when resolved it should then be fixed.

 

Meta have resolved the API issue but no affect.
