Unable to create any design/file

I looked at the error logs associated with your adobe id. Unfortunately, it's a very generic error issued by the browser you appear to be using (Chrome 121.0) that doesn't clear up why it might be happening.

Could you try another browser or Chrome in incognito mode, and let me know if they work any better?
