I am getting this error when trying to download the flyer in PDF format: 1 asset failed to upload. Please delete the asset marked with the failed icon and re-upload it or try a different asset. (Failed audio asset will have a gray bar.)

@ZappyGoLucky showing the warning in the layers panel is something that we've considered. For Express files with multiple pages or scenes, or when individual assets are visible for a narrow time range (as in some animated designs), even the layers panel may be suboptimal, so we are evaulating some other ideas. Thanks for your patience in the meantime.

Thank you! Yes, that's exactly what it was... (the warning icon was hidden in the cropped image).

Adobe should add the exclamation point to the layers panel too.

Hey @ZappyGoLucky, That's a great suggestion. We'll let the team know about it, but you can post it here and share it directly with our product team for review. They might reach out to you for more info.

Hi @defaultq8it2xs1m27m

The "failed icon" can sometimes fail to show if the image is cropped (or beyond the page bounds). Here's an example:

You might want to double-click cropped images to check for that.

But if you still can't figure out  which asset the message is complaing about, please send me a direct message and we can set up file-sharing for further investigation.

Thanks

This happened to me but there is not a gray bar or failed icon located anywhere on my documents. Can I fix this another way?
