We're sorry to hear about this. Please let us know if you're using video from Adobe Stock or your videos. Did you try duplicating the video to see if that helps? Please ensure you're not seeing any error in the video before downloading it.

There was a minor hiccup for US-based users. Can you please confirm if your video projects are getting downloaded without any issues?

If you still have trouble downloading them, please share the project ID (project URL) so we can investigate.
