unable to download project: Download button missing

hello, 

i cannot download my project.

in my adobe express only have share button,  there is no download button

im on adobe express web version dekstop

 

please fix this bug

I'm using a Windows PC

I've tried emptying chache, signing out/in, restarting

 

Everything seems to have changed recently:

 

  • No download to computer option
  • The share button only gives options to share to cloud sources and does not give options for jpg, pdf, etc.
  • The home page that lists "More ways to start" will not load anything.

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.

You may consider these options:
1) Turn your computer off and on. 
2) Clear your cache
