Unable to download video on Adobe Express

Everytime i try and download a video i have edited, I just get a message saying that 'we're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.' 

 

I need this sorting for work!

We're sorry for the delay. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies and let us know if that helps.

 

If the above steps don't help, can you share your project URL with us to check if we're able to download it or not?
