Unable to Load Data or See Files

I have an active paid subscription to the suite. I can't get into Adobe Express and I can't get access to my files.  It won't even let me access my plan information on the web, though I can see it on my ipad. But I can't open Express on the ipad because its not available. Everything is updated. I'm on macMonterey. I have restarted everything three times.
