unable to logout

Apparently my login is attached to both a current enterprise account and an old free account. I'm unable to switch because the free account only says Try Premium where my info would be in the top right. My only option is to start a trial that rolls into a paid account. I'm just trying to update an old spark page and it's been a convoluted hour.

Thanks for reaching out David. I couldn't sign out because my info wasn't showing. (screenshot attached - that was all my options)

 

Someone on the dischord had recommened using incognito to login to my proper (premium/enterprise/creative cloud) account which worked great.

A customer service rep was then able to remotely login and get my spark page moved into express, something that had repeatedly failed when I tried. All is well now and I'm not about to try and replicate the confusion, lol. Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your difficulties. Do you have a premium membership? If so, is it associated with your personal or enterprise account?

 

What happens if you attempt to sign out from the top right?
