As soon as I upload any video, it keeps loading endlessly and shows this error. I just can’t get the video to upload — it never finishes loading. I’m unable to work because the video simply won’t upload to Adobe.

Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

If the above-mentioned steps don't work, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
Could you please let us know the make and model of your device? Have you tried using another video to check if this issue occurs with all videos? Are you using videos from your device or from Adobe stock? You may try restarting the device to reinstalling the app to check if that helps.
