Unsafe Content - Translation Bug

I am using a Mac on Firefox and have selected my English speaking video to be translated to Spanish, but I receive the following error. However I do not believe there is anything said that would be unsafe content.

Below is the video I'm attempting to translate to Spanish. I tried to use your "insert video" function, but could not get it to work, so below is the link instead.

Hi @Valerie33738250ggzg,

Thanks for reaching out! It sounds like the system may be flagging something in the video as "unsafe" incorrectly. This can sometimes happen due to automatic content filtering being overly cautious — especially if there's fast speech, background audio, or specific keywords it might misinterpret.

Here are a few things you can try:

  1. Trim the clip slightly (even by a second or two) and reupload — this can help bypass the flag if it was triggered by a specific timestamp.

  2. Lower background noise or music if possible, as unclear audio can sometimes confuse the filter.

  3. Re-export the video with a slightly altered title or filename — certain words in metadata might also be triggering the filter.

  4. Try using a different browser (like Chrome or Safari) just to rule out any local caching issues in Firefox.

  5. Submit the video as text (if you have a transcript), then use the "Text to Voiceover" translation workaround in Adobe Express.

If none of these work, we can escalate the video for manual review to improve the translation system. Just let us know!
