Video buffering

Hey, had a question regarding a video I created 2 weeks ago on Adobe Express. I made a 40 second video that was working fine and I could go back in and edit, but now it's two weeks later and all of a sudden when I hit play on the video it will start buffering after playing for only 1 second. It buffers forever by the way, it never comes out of it. I need to get back in and make more edits though. Additional information: yes, I have tryied clearing my cache. Not sure if it's an issue with Adobe or what but I definitley need a solution. Any advice helpss!

Hello @Tarun Saini 

 

I was able to get in touch with adobe support and one of the technicians was able to find that the issue stemmed from sample audio files that currupted in the first 17 seconds of the video. Unfortunately I have to reedit, but fortunately the video plays again now that those files were removed.

Also, did you try switching to other browsers and networks to check if that helps? If that doesn't help, could you please share the project URL with us with edit access to investigate further?
