Video fails to download

my Adobe Express video of 4m11sec downloads to 20% and then says it failed. I have tried from various browsers, different networks and devices and all have the same issue. Can this be fixed?

I just spotted your post and wanted to find out if you still require help, as it has been a while since this was last reported, and sadly, I haven't been able to replicate this issue.
