Video has white flashes between scenes

I'm trying to make a video on Adobe Express that I can upload to YouTube shorts and other places, however, when I exported my video, there are white flashes between every single scene transition in my video, rendering it completely unusable.

I deleted the background from each scene and re-uploaded them (as opposed to duplicate or copy and paste), and no longer have the white background at the end of my scenes. While this is tedious and should not be necessary, it does seem to work.

 

**Adobe, please fix this issue. Many other tools manage this successfully, and as an end-user, I would like to work smarter, not harder.

I tried to replicate this, and it worked fine for me. Can you please share your project ID with us so we can test this on our end? Also, share a screen recording of the workflow with the white flashes you're referring to so we can investigate this issue.

It's 2025 and this problem still exists. As this is one of the main purposes for me using this app, it's pointless for me to activate my paid subscription when my trial ends. It seems as though this would have been corrected by now.
