Video Truncated

I created a 35 second video. When I publish the video to the web, the video is only 15 sec. However, when I download the video file, I am able to view the entire 35 sec video.

This just happened to me. 4:28 video only showing 0:15. It opens muted and loops the 15 seconds. Please someone help.
