I have this issue as well. I tried to share access to the file to a different email address to try to download, save or copy the design as a "guest", but this only made apparent that only an old version of the file is currently saved and accessible.

Trying not to shut down my browser or computer until this is resolved.

I tried copying the content to paste to powerpoint or a new Adobe Express file - that didn't work either.
I found out through trial and error that a different page than the one I had spent a lot of time on was causing the issue. I was able to delete that content and save my work. Never find out what the exact problem was.

Having other issues as well  - especially an inability to export a logo file with a transparent background. It comes out pixelated and unusable.

Thanks for the info. Did you try increasing the size of the logo and exporting it to check if that helps?
