1:) web express for macbook pro

https://new.express.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:US:a17478cf-a9e8-4dd4-846b-d7d292405f9e?category=search

link to current worspace and failure code.

2:) macOS Sequoia 15.1.1

3:) noticed error code will immediately result if using copy/paste, both mac short keys AND via clicking commands via screen/website screen.

4:) expect to complete graphic related work in timely and productive manner, yet here i am.

while mid-project my screen keeps sending this error code and rebooting or "back to home" are only options. highly frustrating and time consuming, error code screenshot also shown. WAYYY to much money spent on all adobe platforms to deal with this kindergarten coding junk. Screenshot 2024-12-13 at 6.53.17 AM.png

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @m_8650. Thank you for reaching out. Could you please provide more details about the issue you're experiencing? For instance:

  • What kind of file are you trying to edit or export?
  • Are you using Adobe Express on the web, desktop, or mobile app?
  • When did the error occur (e.g., while editing, saving, or exporting)?

This information will help us better understand and resolve the issue.

Thank you!^CA

I'm receiving the same error message w/ a different error code: UUID: 0a85ea97-7eb7-4ae6-a753-ce5b39cd27e5.  It started when i was using the generative image tool and it choked ("window not responding").  I had a new file open using the generative image tool.  However, now my large project files (97 pages and ~ 100 hi res images) get the above error massage as soon as I go to the 'view all pages' view and all the image files load.   I've rebooted, logged out, cleared my cache, but no luck.  My smaller project files (8 pages, ~ 4 hi res images) do not seem to have the same issue.  Any suggestions?

Ive been using Adobe Express for the last few months now with no real issues. Today I get a persistent 'Unexpected Problem' error. I cant seem to resolve it and am looking for some help.

I tried the following.

Different browser, restart everything including Broadband hub, Turned off firewall, tried WiFi and Ethernet. It just wont go away and I can cant do any work as it happens every minute or so.

Many thanks
