Web page presentation not opening - bug report

I created a web page presenation in August last year and I;ve goe to amend it today and it just gives me the loading screen.

I've tried opening it in other browsers and the same issue occurs, has anyone got a way round it as it;s been loading for hours

Things I have tried

Clearing borwser cache / history

Restaring the broser

Logging out and logging in again

Would really appreciate the help as I don;t want to recreate it again

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've already tried. Is the hang occurring when attempting to open the file or view a published link to it? If you can open the webpage in Adobe Express, maybe try publishing it again. Also, it would be worth testing if the issue happens in a few different browsers. If none of these help, could you share the URL to the project here?
