Where does one turn on Hardware Acceleration?!?!

Adobe Express desktop app - Keep getting a message in to "Improve canvas performance by enabling hardware acceleration " but no indication HOW?!?! Where are preferences on A

    Hi @Alexandre Becquet,

     

    Thanks for your suggestion, but when I try to find this in Chrome, I get it as per the screenshot.

      Hello, if you're on Chrome go to settings, System and enable hardware acceleration.
      The screenshot is in French but you should find the way 😉

        We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Could you please let us know which browser you are using? Since when have you been using this issue? Have you recently made any changes to your browser? 

         

        Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies.
