Wind and Breeze loop have an issue when you use it on an image, it makes the image white randomly and nothing will fix it. Having to use other animations instead but really want to use the Wind or Breeze.
This looks like a bug, but I am unable to replicate it. It may be specific to your file; if you don't mind sharing the file with me, please send me a direct message so we can set that up.
You can access the direct messaging feature via the envelop icon on the top right of the Adobe Community form site.
The team is currently working on this bug. The culprit is any generated image. The workaround for you would be to download the generated image as JPG or PNG and use that resulting file with the dynamic animations.
