A folder with all my recent work has disappeared from Adobe Express

I created 40 short animations in Adobe Express before Xmas and have come back with edits from my client, to the entire folder missing from my account. 

I've looked in https://www.adobe.com/files/cloud-documents

And https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted

https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff

And https://new.express.adobe.com/restore-folders

Can anyone suggest somewhere else to look? Its really bad that my entire folder has disappeared.

Those are all the correct locations to check. A few related questions:

- Were the files shared with anyone?
- Are you accessing them from the same device?
- Do other earlier files besides those that are missing still appear?
- Are you logging in with the same email and choosing the same options (login with a social account for example)?
