Accepting Requests to View Brand

I sent out a link to my coworkers so they could request access to view our Adobe Express brand. When I go in to approve the requests, nothing happens. I have to go back through and invite everyone. Any solutions?

I tried replicating the steps to invite different users to Adobe Express Brand, and it worked fine for me. Could you share a screen recording of the workflow and the error you're having trouble with while performing this action? It would help us understand the issue better.

Meanwhile, you can try once after clearing the cache/cookies of the browsers you and your team are working on or try working on private/incognito browsing mode to check if that makes any difference.
