To do this, once you add audio, go back to the media and try adding more audio's by selecting them from there. Let us know if that helps.
Is there any way to layer more than two audio files? I have two layers, but I want more. Or will I need to download and open the completed slide in Premiere?

Let us know if that helps. On the other hand Adobe offers powerful alternatives like Adobe Premiere Rush and Adobe Premiere Pro, which provide more advanced audio editing capabilities.
