Adobe Express account not recognized on my tablet.

I signed up with Adobe Express on my pc, using my business email address, and the order went through successfully. I was logged into the correct Google Play account when I signed up, and the payment was successfully taken.

From my Samsung Galaxy tablet, I made sure I was signed into the correct Google Play account, downloaded Adobe Express onto the tablet, but when I enter my login information, it does not recognize that I have an Adobe Express account (wants me to sub again), and when I click the sub key, it keeps showing me my personal Google Play information, instead of my business Google Play information.

I verified that I used the correct email address when I logged into the Adobe Express account, so I don't know why, when both the email address and correct Google Play account are signed in, it is showing me the wrong Google Play account information. How is it I can be logged into the same email address on two different Google Play accounts for the same app? Generally the app will tell you that email address is already associated with another account, and won't let you sign in.

How can I get this fixed? Is it a Google issue or an app issue?

Hey there,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble.

There might be a syncing issue between your Adobe Express account and Google Play on different devices.

Please ensure you're using the same email address and Google Play account on both.

Try signing out of the app on your tablet, clearing cache, and then signing back in.

Please let me know if the problem persists after testing, as I'm here to help and looking forward to hearing from you.
