Adobe Express app not working

My Adobe Express App on my iPhone will not let me open saved projects or create new ones. Each time I try the screen just loads and loads and nothing happens. 

The desktop app seems to be fine but I noticed I can't copy and paste there anymore and buttons like "duplicate" are missing.

Whats going on with Adobe Express?

Everything that's recommended... I have 18.7.2 Iphone 15 pro Max 165GB available I am using ADOBE 29.4.0

Every IOS.. 

It's like a new update just broke everything. 

It shouldn't take 2 hours to upload a 50mb video to adobe

Today, when I click on any video clip the "edit" area is completely blank, and my clips arent even showing up as their normal thumbnail in the timeline. Something is seriously messed up. Keeps saying to turn on graphics acceleration...even though its always been on and worked before. 

 

Hopefully it gets fixed soon. Using the newest Chrome update.

I am having the same exact issue and have been for months! I can use my paid adobe express on a computer but can't create or do anything on the iphone app. I have the recommended updates and available storage. I tried deleteting and redownloading the app, ive signed out and back in... NOTHING helps. I pay for express specifically for my phone app. Looks like I will have to cancle since it's been MONTHS with no fix or solution?

Please try a few steps:

  1. Restart the App- Close Adobe Express completely and reopen it.
  2. Update the App- Open App Store, search for Adobe Express, and install any available updates.
  3. Check Device Storage- Ensure your device has enough free space—low storage can cause this.
  4. Restart Your Device- A quick reboot often fixes temporary issues.
  5. Reinstall Adobe Express- If the problem persists, uninstall and reinstall the app from the App Store.
  6. Check for iOS Updates- Go to Settings > General > Software Update and install any pending updates.
