I can't seem to access Adobe Express via internet browser nor Adobe Creative Cloud launcher - it keeps generating incredibly long links and saying that the site is either temporarily down or the location has moved. All of the links look something like:
I am on a PC using Google Chrome on the latest version of Windows. All buttons on the Adobe Express website yield a similar result. I've also tried incognito mode to no avail.

That did not work.
Neither does the link - there are no buttons to click through and access Adobe Express. Problem isn't solved.

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN is the error generated after all-time browsing history and cookies were deleted on tested on both browsers.

Having the same issue. When I try to paste the link anywhere it's a broken link. over SMS, web, or social media like LinkedIn.
