Adobe express commercial use?

Hi, 

I need to use some templates from adobe express in other adobe apps like photoshop and so on.
Does anybody know where can I find the commercial usage terms? Or I can use them for commercial use since I have alreay subscribed to Adobe CC. 

Please some hints.

Hi, I am using the adobe express free account. Is is allowed to use the images that created using background removal feature for commercial use?

Context: I have a lot photos from my camera. I want to remove the background using adobe express free account's background removal feature to sell isolated photos.
