Adobe Express connects to Facebook Business but won't connect to Instagram Business

Hi all, 
Hoping someone can help me here. We have a Facebook Business page and profile. My husband and I are both admins on the page and have been for a long time. The FB page is linked to our Instagram page and I've given myself and my husband all privileges (User roles) I can think find for managing the IG account. I can connect our FB business page to Adobe Express using my FB login or my husband's, but neither of them will connect to Instagram, even though it's connected on Business Facebook and everywhere else I can think of. Anyone else having this issue? I was so excited to discover this scheduling feature and Adobe Express in general, but I'm super frustrated that I can't figure this out and there's no real-time chat feature for help, neither in Adobe nor Facebook/Instagram/Meta.
