Adobe Express - Create from template

Hi, I'm getting an error "There was an error trying to create your project from the template." when trying to create new from my template. 

I've tried different libarary templates and created templates and then tried creating new from them but having the same error.

This is a crucial feature for our company to manage and distribute a consistant brand, hope this can be resolved.

Since when are you having trouble with this issue? If possible, could you share the screenshot or the screen-recording of the workflow you follow that produces the error?

You may try working on a different browser or Incognito/Private browser mode; you may also try after clearing your browser's cache and cookies to check if that makes any difference.

I am having the same issue today.  Adobe Express will not let me create from my templates.  I have tried multiple times, and I've tried refreshing the page, etc., to no avail.  What is going on with the Create from Template function??  I have used these templates for months, without issue, but today, I keep getting the same error message:
