Adobe Express doesn't work

Question

I tried to unblur a blurred photo, but the adjust/sharpen tool apparently does not work at all. Or maybe the guidance is totally misleading (?), however, everything it did was to crop my picture (what I did not want!), but not reduce any blur. The app seems to be a useless waste of time!

Welcome to the community! I'm sorry to hear that the Sharpen tool didn't work as expected. The Sharpen adjustment is designed to enhance fine details but may not be able to fully restore a heavily blurred image. If the blur is caused by motion or focus issues, sharpening has limited effectiveness.

Regarding the unexpected cropping, this shouldn't be happening when using the Sharpen tool. You may want to try

using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
