MAC OS Version 15.1 (24B83); (most recent update)

This happend in Safari, Firefox (Mozilla) and Chrome (all updated):

After uploading an image from desktop into Adobe Express (AE)... Once you try to EDIT that uploaded image or change to a "square" or "orignal resolution" or "portrait" (there's a list of options to right of uploaded/imported image), once you select ANY of the options, the image NEVER finishes. It just SPINS for hours, Seriously. hours. no error code. nothing. it's always at the stage after image has been sucessfully uploaded. The option selection or editing after upload.

I've rerstared, shut down, updated, restarted. The App is having SERIOUS issues (no other App on my computer does this).

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Hi @MMmagazine

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with this. Thanks for trying/sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. I'd also recommend trying these:

Does the issue happen with all images you attempt to upload from the desktop? How large are the images you are uploading?

Does resizing the image first make any difference? https://adobe.ly/3ClWig3

Hope these help,
Dave

Hi David

It appears the Dev. Team (or the web portal App) has fixed itself TODAY.
I’ll keep my eye on it for any issues to report on!

See notes below.

Thank you,

Marc

Hi <>

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with this. Thanks for trying/sharing the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. I'd also recommend trying these:

Try clearing the browser cache - https://adobe.ly/3AJtIEK Test in incognito/private browsing mode - https://adobe.ly/4hx382x - I did that after each use, for a while.. that didn’t help/
Does the issue happen with all images you attempt to upload from the desktop? It was happening with all images. How large are the images you are uploading? The sizing “flash screen” always appears if there is a size issue (usually the inch measurements, not MB size...

Does resizing the image first make any difference? https://adobe.ly/3ClWig3. I try to keep all images below 10MB. Even smaller 2MB images (all images) were having the problem.
