Adobe Express - Images Flip Horizontally When Downloading PDF

When downloading my project as a PDF, there are 4 pages on which the images flip horizontally from how I have them formatted within my project. When I download PNG files of the same pages, the images display correctly as they appear in Express. All 3 images used are stock images from Adobe, info below. Attached are the PDF and PNG downloads for one of the pages for reference.

I have reproduced the error in Firefox and Safari including a private browser, have cleared my cookies/cache, and have deleted/recreated the pages of my project on which the error occurs, but cannot get the print-ready PDFs to show the correct image formatting in the PDF download of my project.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thanks, Amitej, I just sent you a DM to follow up. I wanted to mention here in case it helps others who come across this - I logged into my Adobe Express account on my husband's computer that runs Windows 10 (I'm working on a Mac OS Sonoma 14.6) and I was able to download the PDF with the correct image formatting - no issues. I'm still getting the same problem of horizontally-flipped images when using my own Mac computer.

Thanks for the additional info, I'll pass it along to the team. Do share the project ID to investigate this, as it should work fine on your macOS too. I've dropped you a DM as well.
