Adobe Express Instagram Posts: I don't receive notifications

Hello there,

 

I want to use Adobe Express for my Instagram post planning and publishing. I would like to use the notification function instead of auto posting, but I don't receive any notifications. 

I already checked all my settings on my iPhone regarding push notifications and everything looks good, but it's still not working.

 

Can you help me out with this?

It's the same for me. In my iPhone settings I don't hace the poddibility to permit notifications.

Having the same issue here, was working fine prior to Apple automatically partially-deleting the app (a part of a recent iOS update where seldomly used apps are offloaded from the iphone to free up space and then can be reinstalled from the cloud when needed)

Now we do not get notification from adobe to post. have ensured all permissions are correct and have reinstalled the app.

 

Any help would be much appreciated!

We are here to help, so do not worry. When you cannot see notifications on your mobile device (iPhone in particular) - we recommend enabling all of the permissions for the Adobe Express app. You can do so by going to Settings, clicking on the Adobe Express app, and ensuring that all notifications are enabled. If you have all this done already and still have the issue, then reinstall the app and check if there are no pending updates on iOS from your side. Just check these and write us back with any observations.
