Adobe Express instagram posts

Please can someone explain why my posts cannot be published in instagram? Some are and some arn't. Example below.

This is a frustrating and ongoing issue that Adobe Express has with the Instragram API. It's crap shoot whether or not a post will be successful when posting to instagram. The success rate seems to be 1 in 8. I really wish the Adobe Express dev team would get to the bottom of this. I quite often end up having to manually post to instagram via their app.
