Adobe Express - Italic not working

Hi there, I'm wondering if you can help? I have an Adobe Express account, which I use for creating marketing assets for my job. Over the past couple of weeks I've noticed that the Italic option for text is greyed out and can't be utilised. Bold and Underline still work, not Italic. I thought it might be a short term glitch which would right itself, but it's now ongoing for a significant period which is affecting my work. The issue is present either via the web or app versions of Adobe Express. I've also tried to use the chat function on the Adobe website to speak to an agent on a number of occasions, but the chat box keeps failing and ending the conversation. Please can you advise?
