It worked for me. Just turn off all the firewalls on all the networks in your PC. I just turned the firewall off for Doamin, Private and Public network and it worked fine then.

Happened to me too. Troubleshot with Adobe and it appears to be a firewall issue on my work PC. Works totally fine on my personal device. Gonna get my IT team on it.
