Adobe Express not opening

I am using windows 10. Cannot open Adobe Express in any browser, tried Google Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I get this message:

"To open Adobe Express Beta in the web app, copy the application link and open it in the latest version of one of our supported browsers: Safari, Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge."

    Hi guys, after installing a NVIDIA graphics card and updating photoshop it works now. There was a system error due to missing OpenGL and other stuff by the time I installed Photoshop Beta.

      I've already updated Google Chrome, I put it in the new version, even so it's not going, it's saying that it's not possible to open our link
