Question

Adobe express premium seems to be available for some LrC/PS user and not for others. Why ?

Dear all

 

Some users paying the Creative Cloud formula for Photo LrC/LrD/PS/Bridge and 20GB  avec access to Adobe express premium. The were using Adobe Spark and they have received a mail that they will have access to Adobe Express premium

 

But some users paying the same formula does not seem to have access to Adobe Express Premium.

 

Is this differenc really exist? Seems yes. How to know if one user have access and the other one no ?

  • Adobe Express Starter plan comes FREE with a paid Photography Plan.
  • Premium Adobe Express costs an extra USD $10/month.
