Adobe Express Premium Subscription

I'm not sure what is up with the Adobe Express app but suddenly it's requiring me to subscribe for the premium subscription.

 

Had the premium version already so what's up with that? It was working fine a couple of days ago when I was working on it for a YouTube thumbnail but all of a sudden I have no access to any of my work unless I subscribe.
