Hello everyone!!
Then, you may need to permanently delete some of your assets to free up space in your storage.
Note: You must navigate to https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to manage your storage and permanently delete assets.
Sorry to hear about your difficulties. All these areas count toward your storage quota
https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents
https://lightroom.adobe.com/libraries/
https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/files/
https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files
Could you check if you have files in any of these locations? You might also want to check https://assets.adobe.com/deleted

I have a similar problem. Adobe Express says I'm out of storage (105.9 gb used) but only see 5 mb of storage in "your files" and "your libraries". Any advice?

Hi @zachb123, @mel_mill_
Thank you for your patience.
I just came across your post and wondered if you still require help, as it has been some time since you've reached out, and I've yet to replicate this issue.
In the meantime, may I suggest, if you've not tried yet, clearing your browser cache and cookies and ensuring you have installed the latest browser version using a different browser or in incognito mode?
Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.

I too and all my colleagues in the Marketing department are having the same issue. Is their a way to fix or report the issue to tech as we are now unable to do our jobs!
The issue for us is the original owner is out of storage. We cannot pass on ownership or duplicate the files as it says we are out of storage even though we have 100gb.

Hi @michael237228538edhe
It looks like you're using an enterprise type account where the process is a little different. Please have an admin for your account open a support case for the issue through the admin console. This article describes the steps. https://adobe.ly/40uANC5 This is the best way to get it addressed in your case.
Best,
Dave

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.
It may be that your Creative Cloud storage is full. The storage space can be freed up by deleting unused files.
The example below is how to check how much storage space is left.
You could refer the article for more information https://adobe.ly/42WZRCJ. Please let me know how things are going, as I'm here to support you in any way I can, and looking forward to hearing from you.
Thank you,

Hi @default36601977oruwz1, @default36552115yfwdvc, @default36550687xuqmjf
Could you please check the response from @Neelamk above?
Note that Adobe Express shares storage with other Adobe apps, so you could still be out of storage even if you have no Adobe Express files.
Thanks

First of all, you TOOK our access to adobe cloud away. Secondly, I am using none of the other apps. What would be your next suggestion?

I am not sure what "you TOOK our access to adobe cloud away" means. In any case, did you navigate to the page linked in the post above? If you go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents, what does your cloud storage usage show? Here's an example:

I apologize for my blatant irritation yesterday, I spent hours tryimg to solve the issue and find deleted files to no avail. I finally found a working link that got me to deleted files this morning.
I believe the link you posted broke because the comma at the end is being considered as part of the link. Deleting it should fix that

This is what I meant by taling cloud away from us, as well as the fact that the image referenced at the top of the page seems incorrect as I cannot find the referenced cloud on the top right of my screen anywhere
