Hi @tanasiah_1053,

Sorry, you are having difficulties with the “Update assets” message in Adobe Express. Please try the following steps that might help resolve the issue:

  1. Replace problematic assets: Manually re-upload any images, videos, or audio files that might be causing the issue, even if they are your files.

  2. Check for unavailable Adobe Stock content: If you used any stock assets, they may have been removed or are no longer accessible. Try replacing them with alternative assets.

  3. Clear the cache: Log out and back into your account, or clear the app/browser cache to refresh the asset data.

  4. Test in a new project: If the problem persists, try creating a new project and re-adding the same assets to identify if a specific file is the cause.

We hope this resolves the issue. Thank you for your patience, and feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance.

Hey @tanasiah_1053, Welcome to our community! You may need to replace some elements used in your project. There is a chance that the elements you used are no longer available on Adobe Stock.

I used different pictures to see if that would help and I'm using my own sound from my files and I'm still having that pop up.
