Adobe Express worked last week, no longer opening

I've been through all the other posts on this - restarted, turned graphics accelerator on and off, rebooted computer - nothing.  I just get the screen pictured below EVERY. TIME. Very frustrating.  I've been an Adobe supporter for a long time, but I'm starting to see the writing on the wall.

App version: Web based (Chrome)

Mac OS Sonoma 14.3.1

Came across this looking for help with a different chrome broswer issue; this is a known issue detailed under Web Browsers access section. Guidance is to verify browser is up to date and desync Adobe from your Google account via Google account settings - https://helpx.adobe.com/express/kb/known-issues-in-adobe-express.html#web:~:text=Unable%20to%20log%20in%20to%20Adobe%20Express%20using%20Google

And I just uddated to Sonoma 14.4.1 - still nothing.
