All projects have disappeared from account!

Hi All, HELP!! It appears that I have lost all my previously created projects in my account. My account appears as a brand new account when I log in. This is terrifying as I have saved many creations over the past few years and I can now see none of them. I used Creative Cloud Express to create my organisations weekly newsletter last week and now can not access anything. The links to the newsletter still opens so it makes sense that it is somewhere? 

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hi Karon22446600,

Sorry for the trouble. Can you please try logging in with the same email/user id under which you had all your projectsand check if you can access them. We ask because your projects are tied to your login method. For example, if you create a project with a Facebook login, then access Creative Cloud Express with Google, you will effectively have made a new account with new/different projects. The same idea would apply if you logged in with two different Gmail addresses.

Sorry for the trouble. I hope this will help. Clearing browser cache and then logging in using a new "Incognito" (Chrome), "Private" (Safari), or a similar window. Try signing out of
the app and then signing back in. If not, try a different system. Try checking these things and report back with any observations. Thanks for your patience in resolving this problem.

If that does not work then try duplicating the project and try again? Also, would you be able to try again on another networl/wifi? Check if this works, if no then please send us the URL to that project so we can investigate it?

My projects have also all disappeared, as has my brand.

I always log in using my Adobe ID. I have never logged in with another method.

I need to create another one next week, so I really need to get this resolved asap, please!

Thanks, Manmeet - that fixed it! Apparently I now have two different profiles, although both are linked to the same Adobe ID, and I had to force a login to my new professional profile to see my existing projects.

I have lost all of my projects as well, I use them for teaching and now I don't know what I am going to do. I tried signing in using icognito but it still keep[s taking me back to the samer new express page. Can I access the old one some way?
